Return Policy







Items purchased from Strigis Games, LLC can be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt of shipment.  After 30 days has elapsed, purchases are no longer eligible to be returned.  The exception to this is used video games, which are eligible to be returned for a refund within 90 days within receipt of shipment, but after the first 30 days have elapsed they can only be returned if you experience read errors such as freezing and crashes that render the game unplayable.




To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them.  New items must be returned unopened (i.e. with shrink wrap intact), and used items must be returned complete with all their component parts, packaging, and accessories.


Certain items such as gift cards and digital downloads are exempt from this policy and cannot be returned.




For games with missing or defective parts, please let us know and we will assist you in contacting the publisher for replacement parts.  99.9% of the time game companies will do this with a smile, provided you know who to contact.




Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email to let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.  If it is approved, your refund will be processed on our end within 5 business days.  Refunds are credited to your credit card, Paypal account, or other original method of payment, and the speed at which they are completed is entirely dependent on the financial institutions involved.


In certain rare situations, only a partial refund will be granted at our sole discretion.


Shipping charges are non-refundable.




To initiate a return, contact us at with “ATTN: REFUND REQUEST” in the subject line.  In the body of the email, please provide us with the purchaser’s name, the order number, the date on which the order was placed, and a brief description of the reason you are requesting a return.  Once return eligibility has tentatively been determined, we will provide you with a return shipping address.


The buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping postage.


For all returned items, we strongly suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number, and for expensive items we highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance as well.  In any event, we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
